QUALITY ASSURANCE

To maintain the standards of quality, value and efficiency for which TongliUSA is widely known, each and every project stage is guided by the following principles:

Each translation will be faithful to the original using the same style and comprehension level as the source text.

Each translation will be kept confidential. Each client's projects are maintained separately, with all related media and paper materials kept under lock and key. All translators sign a Confidentiality Agreement with TongliUSA to ensure they maintain the same high standards of confidentiality as the company itself.

Each translation will be performed by a translator who is a native speaker of the target language and who has educational or other background in the required subject area. No electronic translation programs will be used by TongliUSA.

Each translation will be proofread and edited by a second translator using both the original script and the translated version.

Each translation will reflect cultural considerations of the target population.

Each translation will generate ongoing communication with the client to apprise him/her of project status.
